Fresh or frozen raspberries, water, 200ml gin, 1 tonic water
Put a fresh or frozen raspberry in each of the ice cube’s spaces, fill with water up to the line, and freeze it. Crush 8 raspberries and mix them with 200 ml gin. Serve in three glasses with 4 ice cubes each, add one tonic water per glass, mix and serve.
