Ingredients
5 gr. diced Serrano Ham
75 gr. strained watermelon
Preparation
Liquefy the melon and remove any foam. Cut the Serrano Ham into very small pieces and add to the juice. Fill the ice cream mold with the melon juice, cover and freeze.
