To make the ice cubes, boil the water and pour in a glass in which you have poured the coffee, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well and leave to cool. Then pour in the ice cube tray, cover, and place in the freezer. Once the ice cubes are made, pour the desired amount of liqueur cream on the ice cubes, stir a little so that they start to melt and thus release their flavour.
