Mix the water, the milk and the oil, heat it slightly and add the yeast. Close the Bread Maker and let it rest for a few minutes. Add the flour and the salt and mix in the same container until it becomes an homogeneous and elastic dough. Let it ferment for one hour and a half in the closed Bread Maker. With your hands well floured open and mold the bread forming a big roll. Make a cut on top, close the Bread Maker and let it ferment for 15 minutes. Cook the bread in an oven preheated to 200 ºC for 25 minutes. It you want it to be more golden, put it in the oven for a few more minutes with the Bread Maker open.
