Chinese ravioli stuffed with cabbage and pork with vegetable broth
1 Peel and chop the carrot and the onion. Chop the cabbage and wash it. Sautee these 3 ingredients in a pan with oil for 6-7 minutes. Add the meat, spices, salt and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, stirring frequently. 2 If you are using the lasagna pasta, cut sheets into squares, 8-9 cm on each side. Place a teaspoonful of the pork meat mixture in the middle of each sheet and close it by pressing down on the previously moistened edges with you fingers.
