200 g raw cockles
1 slice Iberian ham
2 sprigs chives
1 sprig parsley
1 lemon
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 dash white wine
Salt
1 Finely chop the ham. Wash the lemon and grate some peel. Chop the chives and parsley.
2 Place the cockles in the mini steam case and pour the white wine over them. Place in the microwave at 650-800W for 3 minutes.
3 Meanwhile, in a bowl, blend the chives, parsley, lemon peel, a few drops of lemon, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
4 Remove the mini steam case from the microwave, open and sprinkle with the chopped ham and the lemon sauce.
Tip:
You can also serve the ham and sauce in the mini steam case compartments once opened, so guests can help themselves.
