Place the pastry inside a pie mould and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 5-6 minutes. Wash and slice the eggplant into sheets. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sautee the chopped onion for 5-6 minutes. Add the chopped meat and when it is almost done, add the bacon and then the cream. Fill the mould with a layer of eggplant and a layer of the meat mixture then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
