Asian style prawns
200 g pink prawns, 5-6 g fresh ginger, ½ garlic clove, 1 spring onion, 100 g mixed pepper, ½ lemon balm sprig, 2 tablespoonful soy sauce, ½ chilli, 2 teaspoonful sesame oil
Cut the pepper in strips. Cut the garlic into slices, and chop the ginger, chive, lemon balm and chilli. Mix all the ingredients and put them in the papillote. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 190 ºC, or in the microwave at maximum power for 2 - 3 minutes.
