Al dente ratatouille
70 g onion, 70 g red pepper, 70 g green pepper, 70 g yellow pepper, 70 g courgette, 100 g tomato sauce, 30 ml olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoonful curry (optional)
PreparationRemove the seeds of the peppers, peel the onion and clean the courgette and the peppers. Cut separately the onion, the peppers and the courgette, in small pieces. Put the onion and the oil in the case and cook in the microwave oven at maximum power for one minute. Then, add the peppers and cook for five minutes. Add the courgette, the tomato, salt, pepper and curry, and cook for two more minutes in the microwave oven.
